SkyWatch Friday- Sky Interrupted
We were enjoying a peaceful walk along a trail in Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge in Smyrna, Delaware, on a beautiful. cloudless, and unseasonably warm winter day when suddenly a gigantic United States Air Force plane comes rumbling across the sky, interrupting our quiet reverie and causing any potential wildlife we may have been lucky enough to spot at some point during the walk, to scatter and take flight. Oh well, I guess this is what you get when you put a wildlife refuge roughly ten miles away from the major air force base in Dover. At least I got good pictures of the plane and the clear sky!
Got the bug to see more sky photos? Hop on over to Sky Watch Friday

Great shot of the plane, but I think the wildlife were there before the Air Force!
It's certainly funny to have those two areas side by side. Maybe the animals are used to the aeroplanes by now and barely notice them?
Too bad about the wildlife. Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.
